I'm MJ [MusicJunkie]! I'm 22 years old, with a BA in English and Creative Writing, a full-length novel with my name on it [and hopefully more to come], and a sketchbook full of half-formed ideas. I am the girlfriend of an amazing man, and we have two ADORKABLE cats together. My friends are my family. I am on DeviantArt mainly to post photography and the occasional sketch or painting. I specialize in model, still-life, and nature photography, and although my free-hand skills leave much to be desired, I do enjoy sketching and painting as well. Also [as my username suggests] I am a music-lover; I compose music & lyrics on the piano and I sing [badly].

Not only that, she is also an excellent photography model and has been featured in my photo shoots several times. Okay, it's time to fangirl.
Ladies, gentlemen, and furries, for those of you who haven't already experienced the awesomeness, check out a band called Epica. They are Norwegian and are comprised of some of the most talented musicians I have EVER HEARD. They are symphonic metal but they incorporate all types of metal into their music: black metal, gothic metal, opera metal, etc. Epica is a female-fronted band while the rest of the band members are male. Would anybody be interested in seeing more artwork revolving around my fantasy novel? I'm planning to draw a detailed map of the realm and make character sketches for each important character, so I figured I could post them on here if anybody is interested. I already have drawings of Aletheia, Cieran, and Micielda in my gallery, but I'm going to try and re-do them and make them better. Just let me know!
